The User must be 18 years of age or older to participate. The Users must provide VirtualCapital with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name and email address. You must understand that by registering and using our website, you agree to these Rules. By agreeing with the present Rules, you confirm your participation in the investment program of the system and you invest funds voluntarily and consciously.

Our privacy policy is consistent and aimed at to maintain Client data in maximum security conditions. We guarantee that the personal information of each of our users is processed within the framework of national principles of confidentiality. All the data giving by Clients will only be used to improve the service that we provide them. We reserve the right to use the information provided by the Client for sending to the Client newsletters, notifications, emails about updates, but not limited to the above.

All the funds earned within the scope of the program are accrued in accordance with the rates and conditions defined in participant's investment plan. Please note, one may close a current deposit not earlier than its expiration date, and the initial deposit is an indispensable part of the said deposit. Referral commissions are accrued under the conditions of the Affiliate Program.

We shall not be liable for any failures and system errors in the operations of input and / or withdrawal of funds arising from the fault of electronic payment systems or Internet connection providers or other circumstances beyond our control. In addition, we do not bear any responsibility for mistakes made by the investor when completing the payment details. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from failure of the Investor to hold his PC systems free from malicious software used by third parties to get unauthorized access to Investor's account.

The User can create only one VirtualCapital account. We reserve the right to very easily and accurately determine who causes this kind of problem for us by making multiple registrations. In case, if we discover the User's multiple registrations, we will block all accounts of such user, and money that can be on these accounts will be taken away irrevocably.

The User agrees that he will never use the contact information of other persons to send spam. The User also undertakes not to post content that is false or intentionally misleading, that is threatening, obscene, offensive, or libelous. We reserve the right to block any User VirtualCapital account, if the User has failed to comply with these rules.

We have the right to block the User's personal account in the case if payment system posts about illegal actions of the User, as well as at the request of law enforcement.

We may refuse the registration of personal account or block it if there are confirmed attempts of afflicting damage to VirtualCapital. Besides, we reserve the right to refuse to invest any user without giving reasons.

VirtualCapital may suspend its operations and obligations to our customers if the company's operations are affected by such factors as earthquakes, world economic crises, wars, technological disasters, strikes, epidemics or revolutions. In such cases, the company may suspend its operations on the site.

We have the right to revise and amend these Rules or any clause contained within then from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in payment methods and more.

VirtualCapital never uses spam and doesn't recommend using it. You cannot send messages that are false or intentionally misleading. Such users will be immediately and permanently removed from the program.
